Project Brief
Chicago needs to do better in honoring their music history. I utilized Chicago’s municipal typeface “Big Shoulders” and its inline and stencil variants to create a magazine covering Chicago’s rich musical history for my publication design course. This first issue covers the Chicago born turned worldwide phenomenon of house music.
